The problem
What was getting in the way
The client ran orders, production, stock and payments across spreadsheets and paper, with no single view of costs or what was stuck where.
Private client project · a footwear manufacturer
What I built
What it does
- Orders, bills of materials with permanent product codes, production tracked stage by stage
- Orders split into batches that move independently through production, warehouse and invoicing
- Warehouse stock (good and defective), shortages that block production, automatic stock restoration
- Purchase orders, goods received, purchase invoices and vendor payments
- Sales invoices, receivables and payables, client / vendor / employee statements
- Employees, attendance, payroll and assets
- 12 Excel reports; admins choose which of 21 pages each manager can see; automatic backups
- AI assistant: business chat, a daily executive briefing, 10 automatic alerts (stuck batches, overdue invoices, stock problems), a production planner, and an autopilot that can approve or hold orders while the owner is away — every AI decision logged and reversible in one click
